Maximind Coach Affiliate Program — Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

The Maximind Affiliate Program (“Program”) allows approved coaches and training facilities (“Affiliates”) to refer competitive athletes to the Maximind 90-Day Protocol and earn commissions on qualifying subscriptions. By applying to and participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility and Approval

The Program is open to independent coaches, performance-focused gyms, strength and conditioning specialists, and sports academies that train competitive athletes. Maximind reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion. General fitness facilities, personal trainers serving non-competitive clients, and sports psychologists are not eligible. Maximind may revoke approval at any time if an Affiliate violates these Terms.

3. Affiliate Mechanics

Upon approval, each Affiliate receives a unique affiliate code and/or affiliate link. A referral is attributed to the Affiliate when a new athlete uses the Affiliate’s code or link to subscribe to the Maximind 90-Day Protocol. The attribution window is 90 days from the athlete’s first click on the affiliate link. If an athlete is already a Maximind subscriber or has previously held a subscription, the referral does not qualify.

4. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn a recurring commission of 15% on each qualifying athlete’s subscription payment, for as long as the athlete’s subscription remains active. Commissions are calculated on the net subscription amount (after any discount applied via the affiliate code). Each commission has a 30-day holdback period beginning from the athlete’s subscription start date. If the athlete cancels or requests a refund within that period, no commission is owed.

5. Payment Terms

Commissions are transferred on the 1st of each calendar month. Payment requires a minimum accumulated balance of $100 USD. Balances below the threshold carry over to the following month. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details and for any tax obligations arising from commission income. Maximind does not withhold taxes on commission payments.

6. Athlete Discount

Athletes who subscribe using an Affiliate’s code receive a 10% discount on their subscription. This discount cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated by Maximind.

7. Permitted Promotion

Affiliates may promote Maximind through their own direct communication channels: personal conversations, email, social media, and their own website. Affiliates must represent Maximind accurately and in a manner consistent with the brand’s positioning.

Affiliates must NOT:

Describe Maximind as therapy, counseling, clinical intervention, or a mental health treatment
Make medical or clinical claims about the product (e.g., claims that it treats anxiety, depression, or any diagnosable condition)
Use Maximind’s name, logo, or brand assets in paid advertising without prior written approval
Engage in spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or any deceptive marketing practices
Bid on Maximind’s brand name or variations in paid search (e.g., Google Ads)

8. Intellectual Property

Maximind grants Affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Maximind name in connection with promoting the Program. Affiliates may not alter Maximind’s logos, create derivative brand materials, or imply endorsement or partnership beyond the affiliate relationship without written approval.

9. Relationship

Affiliates are independent referrers, not employees, agents, or franchisees of Maximind. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship. Affiliates may not represent themselves as acting on behalf of Maximind.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, for any reason, with written notice. Upon termination, the Affiliate’s code and link are deactivated. Any confirmed, unpaid commissions (past the 30-day holdback period) will be transferred on the next 1st of the month. Pending commissions still within the holdback period are forfeited.

11. Fraud and Abuse

Maximind reserves the right to withhold commissions and terminate an Affiliate’s account immediately if it detects fraudulent activity, including but not limited to: self-referrals, fake signups, use of bots, misrepresentation of the product, or any activity designed to artificially inflate referral numbers.

12. Modifications

Maximind may modify these Terms, commission rates, or Program structure with 30 days’ written notice to active Affiliates. Continued participation after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

Maximind’s total liability under these Terms is limited to the unpaid commissions owed to the Affiliate at the time of any claim. Maximind is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.
